Terms of Agreement: I hereby represent I am the authorized decision maker for my firm, and as such, give Search Engine Placement Inc. / International Technical Industries, Inc. the approval to charge my credit card or checking account for the amount agreed upon in exchange for Search Engine Placement (SEP) Service. Client understands that they will be charged for the amount stated above as “Initial Total Cost” on agreement date, and renewed for the amount stated above as “Monthly SEP Cost” on the same date of the appropriate month in accordance with the selected billing cycle, unless cancelled by phone or fax at least (3) business days prior to next renewal date.  Search Engine Placement Inc. / International Technical Industries, Inc. will place your website within the 1st to 5th position on the first page in the Sponsored result section on Yahoo and Google under the agreed upon categories listed above. Our Guarantee to you;  Search Engine Placement Inc. / International Technical Industries, Inc.  GUARANTEES!!! Your website will be positioned within the top 5 sponsored results on the first page of:  Google, and their preferred affiliates & Yahoo and their preferred affiliates for as long as you continue your (SEP) contract (Google & Yahoo Network affiliates subject to change).  Search Engine Placement Inc. / International Technical Industries, Inc. has up to and including ten (10) business days to secure placement on the Google & Yahoo search networks once website content has been received if website is part of package.  This agreement may be terminated at any time however, any pre-paid Search Engine Placement (SEP) Service costs are non- refundable.  By my signature I the Client agree to the terms herein and hereby authorize  Search Engine Placement Inc. / International Technical Industries, Inc. to charge the credit card or checking account listed below commencing on the date of this agreement and every billing cycle following on the date of this agreement in accordance with the terms stated above.  No other partnerships or agreements have been expressed or implied.
